Pod-Cast fizzle

I have gotten a pod-cast recorded and ready but it has some problems in presentation. First of all after it was exported from garageband to iTunes its volume level was way too low, secondly it sounds as if I'm reading, which I am but I want to sound like an NPR news correspondent. I now have a new found appreciation for those who do radio shows. I have also asked a few people to read the text based version but they haven't given me a reply, so I have a bad feeling the message I am trying to get across will be ignored by most. One thing I refuse to do is ask people for money; however, if anyone feels an urge to give me something for my efforts then they can use Paypal via my email address, I also refuse to water down God's message. I will try to make it as palatable as possible; however, I refuse to flatter and spoon feed those I am trying reach. It's not going to be milk, it's meat for grown ups in Christ. I therefore assume that most who listen will have read their Bibles from cover to cover and if not the message I present will incite them to look into their Bibles and see if what I say is true. I am thinking I should do a talk on God's will first in order to help people understand some of the concepts I present without much explanation in the Works of Faith talk, but I have a feeling that even that will present problems in other areas. I suppose the best thing to do then is to just keep it going and pray that the message I do present is understood.
